Service
The service provides automated translation tools for supported files. You are responsible for your account, source content, permissions, and reviewing outputs before use.
Free allowance and prepaid balance
Eligible accounts may receive a limited free allowance. Additional usage is paid from prepaid balance at the rate shown in Billing. Top-ups are one-time payments; there is no automatic renewal and no card is stored by us for recurring charges.
Job charging
Estimated funds may be reserved while a paid job runs. Successfully consumed credits are charged; reserved funds for failed jobs are released back to your balance.
Balance expiry
Unused prepaid balance may expire after 12 months, subject to advance notice and applicable law.
Refunds
Consumed credits are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Requests concerning unused balance will be considered under applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, bypass limits, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the service and machine-generated translations are provided as available without warranties. Outputs may contain errors and require human review.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms or service features. Material changes will be communicated as reasonably appropriate before they take effect.
